12/52

A portrait of my children, once a week, every week in 2013.

12/52 - Auntie Joan's new cardigans...
Honestly, you try and get a nice picture of your two girls together in their new Easter cardigans, expertly knitted by Auntie Joan and this is what you get.  A photobomber and a squishy cheeked baby in the background....

  1. OH MY GOODNESS WOULD YOU LOOK AT HER DIMPLE. Seriously. And the hair !! I always, always wanted a bob cut like that, ever since my Yr 2 teacher Mrs Savakis had this chic black bob to her chin. Went to the hairdressers and asked for the same and my hair looked like Selma Bouvier's from the Simpsons. I cried and my mum laughed at me. Moral of the story, girls with frizzy hair should never ask for a cut as modeled by someone with straight hair or Meg Ryan. It will not end well :P

    1. This really made me laugh Jess! Selma Bouvier is not on anyone's list of style icons really is she? Poor love! I love it that you wanted the same hair as your teacher, that's so cute.

I love that dimple. Love it! :)

    1. That's just what I think Jo! I may not be an accomplished photographer, but I hope they'll look back and be able to see a little bit of their personalities captured.

And I'm VERY grateful to Auntie Joan, her knitting skills astound me :)

  7. Children are like the antithesis of co-operation. My child WILL NOT wear anything that I select, though I must admit that she's pretty good at posing for the camera. With her peace-sign fingers, of course, because she's asian. heee.
